Museums at Night 2016
Museums at night is an annual UK-wide festival which seeks to encourage visitors to museums, galleries and heritage sites by throwing their doors open after hours and putting on special events.
Co-ordinated by non-profit culture publishing organisation Culture24, Museums at Night is an oppportunity for the cultural and heritage sector to come together around a single, simple campaign that is attractive to venues, audiences and the media.
Museums at night runs from 11th - 14th May 2016. If you are considering running an event in your museum, gallery or heritage site you will need to register it in the Culture 24's database which can be found HERE

Kids in Museums
The Kids in Museums Manifesto has been a phenomenally successful and useful tool in encouraging and guiding museums in making a family visit enjoyable and engaging. In all its work, Kids in Museums sees a museum visit through the eyes of the visitor and draws on visitors’ experiences and expertise.
